Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/brand holder – we sent it to you, we have to handle the return!
Certain items – such as tights, dance belts and other underwear items – are exempt from being returned due to hygiene issues. The exceptions for these are if they are were shipped incorrectly to you and you haven’t opened the packaging or if they have arrived damaged.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason: if you wish to cancel your order please use the form below.
If we have sent you the incorrect item (or size or colour) according to your order, or if you have received it faulty or damaged, we will pay for the item to be returned to us: either by providing you with a pre-paid shipping label or QR code or asking you to send a photo of the payment receipt from the agreed carrier/shipping/postage company and we’ll then send the additional money to you.
If you would like to return an item within the 30 days because you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or wrong size, then unfortunately we will have to let you pay for the postage back to us.: sorry about this!
In either case, please contact us via the form below stating you wish to return the item(s) and the reason(s) for the returns(s) and we will provide you with the return address and an appropriate RMA number so we’ll know what it is when we get it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Whilst we process refunds within a matter of minutes of notifying you that we’ve approved the refund, banks and other payment processors can take a while to get the money from us back to you (this is usually an absolute minimum of 1 working day – but sometimes it can be 14 calendar days due to weekends, bank holidays, “payment processing windows” and the like).
