Here’s some questions we expect to be asked somewhat frequently:

I live in country X, can you send my dance wear here?

Sorry, unless that country is the United Kingdom we can’t ship to there at the moment. This is due to tax and custom regulations caused by “Brexit”.

How quickly do you send stuff out?

We try and ship the same day depending on the time of your order (if it’s past 4pm, we’re unlikely to be able to get it shipped out in time) – if we are unable to do so, we will send it the next business day.

How much is postage?

If your order total is £30 or more, then it’s absolutely free (if you are happy with Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service).
Otherwise, it’s a flat £5 per order for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

Do you offer any non-Royal Mail delivery options?

Not at the moment, but just let us know which services interest you and we may be able to sort it!

Do I have to add VAT (tax) to the prices?

Nope – all prices are shown VAT/tax inclusive (unless otherwise noted). We are VAT registered under number GB 930 694 513

What sizes do you offer and are the items for men and women?

We stock a range of unisex (suitable for both body types) items and some “form fitted” suitable for one gender. Most products have a size guide listed under the description (as different manufacturers have different size “fits”) – but if you have any questions – just let us know!
